The Apple Falls

A revival of the 1966 musical The Apple Tree will hit New York today and it has a Tony Award winning actress in the lead role.
The Apple Tree opens tonight in the Big Apple at Studio 54 with stage veteran Kristin Chenoweth taking the starring role in the play's three musical acts. Chenoweth has a lengthy resume having appeared in many mediums including the onstage production of Wicked, a television adaptation of Annie and the New York City Ballet's rendition of West Side Story. The Apple Tree began previews in late November.
