NBA All Star

The most talented players in basketball will meet in Las Vegas next weekend for NBA All Star events.

The 2007 NBA All Star weekend will take place from February 16 - 18 featuring skill competitions and games. The NBA All Star Celebrity Game on Friday, February 16 will see famous names including Justin Timberlake and Jamie Foxx hit the court. The main event of the weekend, the NBA All Star Game, will take place on Sunday, February 18 with selected players from the East and West facing off.

Kudisch's Busy Year

The star of Broadway's The Apple Tree will have a busy year onstage with pirates and witches in the future.

Marc Kudisch, who is currently playing various roles in The Apple Tree, will take on some new roles this year starting with a pirate. Kudisch will play the Pirate King in the New York City Opera's production of The Pirates of Penzance for month of March. In June, he will star in the American premiere of The Witches of Eastwick. Kudisch has appeared in blockbuster productions in the past including Beauty and The Beast.

Fall Out Boy

Fall Out Boy is preparing for a massive stint on the road in support of their latest album, Infinity on High, released yesterday.

The pop-punk group will play shows across Australia in March before moving to the European leg of their tour in early April. The band will then return to the US on April 18 to join the Honda Civic Tour, which is scheduled to visit 40 cities across the continent. Other bands on the roster for the Honda Civic Tour include +44, Paul Wall, The Academy Is... and Cobra Starship among many others.

AT&T Pro-AM

The golf season is getting into swing with the AT&T Pebble Beach National Pro-AM taking place this week.

The AT&T Pro-AM began yesterday and will run until February 11 in Pebble Beach, California. The starting field for the tournament consists of 180 amateurs and 180 professionals who are paired up for the event. The next stops on the PGA Tour are the Nissan Open, which will run from February 15 - 18 in California, and the World Golf Championships that will take place from February 21 - 25 in Arizona.

Cast for the Misbegotten

The full cast has been announced for the upcoming Broadway production of A Moon for the Misbegotten.

The casting is the exact same as the recent production of the show in London featuring Billy Carter and Eugene O'Hare in the two lead roles. Carter has recently been seen in Translations and Macbeth while O'Hare most recently appeared in The Next Big Thing. A Moon for the Misbegotten will begin previews in late March and run until June at the Brooks Atkinson Theatre on Broadway.
