Off to the Races

The 2007 Cheltenham Festival will begin tomorrow with the first day of jump horse racing in the four-day event.
As the most prestigious event in Britain's National Hunt racing calendar, the top horses in the U.K. will be in competition for the highest stakes. Horse racing enthusiasts can look to the U.S. after the Cheltenham Festival when the North American racing season begins at the Keeneland Spring Race Meet, which runs from April 6 - 27. Spring racing will reach a peak when the Kentucky Derby sets off in early May.
